Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL - SAPA

Welcome to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transfer to Sapa. It takes ~8 hours driving. Nestled in a valley surrounded by lush green mountains, Cat Cat Village is home to the H’mong ethnic group, who have lived here for generations. Coming here, you can explore the traditional stilt houses, experience the local culture, and marvel at the stunning scenery. The charm of this village will surely leave you with unforgettable memories. Night market in Sapa offers an incredible experience in the northern town of Vietnam. Sapa culture is a huge topic of interest in Vietnam travel for good reasons, including the unique culinary scene, meticulous handicrafts, and the endearing hospitality of the locals. Opening hours: 4 PM to 10 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Day 2: SAPA - FANSIPAN PEAK

Breakfast at hotel. Today we visit: Fansipan Cable Car Station for an amazing ride to the “the Roof of Indochina”- the highest mountain Fansipan - 3143 meter above sea level. First by 20 min Cable Car ride to 2800m level where huge Buddha Statue located & then by Funicular (equals to ~600 steps) to the Peak of Fansipan. Enjoy the fresh air and incredibly beautiful Landscape from the high.

Day 3: SAPA - DRIVE TO HANOI - HANOI CITY TOUR

Transfer to Hanoi ~5 hours driving. Upon Arrival at Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh Complex - One of the most historic tourist attractions in Vietnam. Being there, travelers can learn numerous things about Uncle Ho’s life, together with the Vietnamese liberation process under his lead. This complex includes: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (visit outside only), Ba Dinh Square, Uncle Ho' Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda. Tran Quoc Pagoda. In the evening we enjoy a Musical Water Puppet Show – an ancient art form of Vietnamese orchestra acted out by puppets in a pool of water offering authentic Vietnamese experience.

Day 4: HANOI - HA LONG / OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE

Morning pickup by driver with private transport at 8:00 AM from your hotel for transfer to Ha Long Bay PRIVATE VAN, which is about 160 km or 3.5-hour drive away. On the way, you will see some rural areas of the Red River Delta with plenty of chances to take photos of Vietnamese farmers working in paddy fields. Stop half way to visit a handicraft workshop of fine clothes and embroidered paintings. Arrive in Ha Long City at 11:30 AM and check in aboard the booked junk right after the welcome drink is served. Start cruising while having lunch on board and enjoy the mighty bay view. Ha Long Bay meaning Descending Dragon Bay in Vietnamese as legend has it that it was where a holly dragon landed down from sky. The bay, famous as one of the world’s wonders and heritage sites whose formation dates back 500 million years, consists of around 2,000 karst islands and islets scattered over an area of 1,553 km2. The bay cruise will continue with up close sighting of Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, a visit to Sung Sot Cave and swimming stop at Titov Beach. Relax to enjoy the bay view at sunset, have dinner after, go fishing at 09:00 PM and spend a night on board. Note: the itinerary of the cruise in Ha Long Bay will be changed following to your chosen cruise and weather.

Day 5:HA LONG - HANOI - FLIGHT TO DA NANG

Early risers can enjoy the splendid yet tranquil view of the bay at the crack of dawn. Breathe the sea’s fresh air, feel the morning breeze and hear the sounds of birds above. Have breakfast and cruise to visit Human head shaped island and Tortoise Island. Continue to cruise into Bai Tu Long Bay to discover the adjacent bay of “The Little Dragon Bowing to His Mother” as it is named. Check out and have lunch on board while heading to shore. Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi airport for flight to Danang. Upon arrival, welcome by our guide and transfer to hotel for check in

Day 6: DA NANG - MARBLE MOUNTAIN - HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN

In the morning you will enjoy a half day city tour in Danang: Linh Ung Pagoda is situated on Son Tra Peninsula, 639 meters above the sea level and 10 kilometers away from the center of Da Nang city to the Northeast. The pagoda faces the peninsula, overlooking the East Sea. There is Cu Lao Cham Island to the left of the pagoda and a spectacular view of Hai Van Mountain to the right. The most prominent feature of Linh Ung Pagoda is the Lady Buddha Statue, which is the tallest one in Vietnam with a height of 67 meters, equivalent to that of a 30-floor building. The statue is placed on a lotus-shaped foundation with a diameter of 35 meters. Inside the statue is a 17-meter-wide area that includes 17 floors, and there are 21 Buddha statues on each floor. Marble Mountain is a natural masterpiece bestowed to the land of Da Nang. It is a group of five limestone mountains in with the harmonious beauty of the ecological area and the spiritual and cultural life. Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village: Tourists will not be able to resist the exquisite sculptures made from stone. All patterns are meticulously and extremely sophisticated carved. In addition, international tourists coming here admire the talent of sculpture artisans and their unique products. Particularly, the craft village owns many artworks which were exhibited in many countries all over the world. Late afternoon, visit Hoi An Ancient Town – A World Cultural Heritage. It is a living museum of world-wide construction designs and urban lifestyle. From the 15th till the 20th century, Hoi An was an exclusive trading port between European and Asian businessmen. Exploring Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Communal House, Tan Ky Traditional House, Museum, Handicraftsman at work. Free time for shopping at Hoi An. Back to your hotel in Danang.

Day 7: DANANG - BA NA HILL - DANANG

Breakfast at hotel Morning transfer to Ba Na Hill, one of the most spectacular landscape of Danang City. You will take a cable car to the summit of mountain (at 1487m of sea level). Start visiting Ba Na Hill with many different attractions: Funicular, Debay ancient wine cellar & Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca Buddist statue, etc. This afternoon you continue to join activities and games in Fantasy Park. Later walk to the summit of the mountain at the height 1487m – the highest one of Ba Na Mountain, visit Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong tower and Golden Bridge, to take beautiful photos of the mountain and Da Nang city. Late afternoon, taking the cable car back to foothill. Transfer back to your hotel. Time at leisure. Overnight in Danang Please note: Wax Museum, cotton animal game and carnival skill at Fantasy Park is not included in our tour cost, joining them will be at your own account.

Day 8: DANANG - FLIGHT SAIGON

Breakfast at hotel & check-out. Transfer to airport for boarding morning flight to Saigon. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, meet and greet by local tour guide & transfer to city center.

Day 9:SAIGON - CU CHI - CITY TOUR

Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon (outside) one of the oldest churches and the top famous attractions in Ho Chi Minh City, the cathral's distinctive neo-Romanesque features include the all-red brick façade Old Post Office A fantastic French Colonial architecture building having Roman archesxand gilded glass windows Reunification Palace a historical monument and having in itself the essence of Eastern culture. Throughout the heroic battles, this amazing work of architecture had witnessed almost every high and low of the Vietnamese war. Cu Chi Tunnels – a network of tunnels more than 200km long and 3 – 8 m deep, dug during the warfare days and is about 70km north west of the city, back to Ho Chi Minh. The People’s Committee Hall (outside) one of the oldest, biggest and most beautiful French style buildings in Ho Chi Minh City, functioning both as a city institution and as the city’s most prominent landmark today French Opera House (outside) stands the magnificent Saigon Opera House with the iconic Caryatid statues.

Day 10:SAIGON - MEKONG DELTA - MY THO

Breakfast at hotel. Today you will enjoy Mekong delta excursion to My Tho - about 75km from the city, on the way visit: Vinh Trang Pagoda, the greatest pagoda of Tien Giang Province, in an area of 2,000m2 with many beautiful trees Take local boat on the Mekong river for sightseeing: the view of the river’s banks, fish - floating market and islands of Dragon, Unicorn,Turtle, Phoenix. • Land on Unicorn island: Visit a bee-farm and enjoy honey-tea. • Visit coconut candy workshop, taste fresh candies (BenTre Province). • Get on a horse-cart on the countryside road. • Visit an orchard of tropical fruits, enjoy seasonal fruits and listen to Southern traditional music. • Discover Vam Chua natural canal (Ben Tre province) by rowing boat Afternoon transfer back to Saigon.

Day 11: SAIGON - DEPARTURE

  • Any Increase in Airfare, Visa Fees, Airport Tax & Forex will be applicable.
  • One can enroll His/Her name for the tour by paying 50% of the total tour cost for any tour as advance. The balance amount must be paid at least 45 days before schedule date of departure of the tour, without waiting for reminder from our side.
  • Tourist travel at their own risk. Neither the tour operator nor their representative or staff accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, etc. During the tour howsoever it might have caused.
  • The operator also reserves the right to cancel or change date or alter the routes, carriers, time table, itinerary and hotel accommodation with or without prior notice.
  • Any increase in Train / Air / Bus / Visa / Cruise fares should be borne by the passenger only.
  • The management reserves the right to take all necessary steps including suspending the passenger who creates trouble for the management or to other fellow passengers.
  • During sight seeing we will take the vehicle to certain limit or to the permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers only.
  • We always try to provide excellent services to our beloved passenger. Even though if any passenger has any complain or claim it must be given in writing to our office within 15 days after completion of the tour. No complain or claim will be entertained after such period.
  • Refunds if any will be given after a period of 10 days from the date admissible claim. Refunds will be paid only by cheque and only against original Receipts. Hotels are subject to changes without Prior Notice.
  • Timing mentioned for the journey are only estimated for the sake of knowledge. There are frequent changes of delay in arrival at the destination due to various reasons.
  • The seats in the bus are allotted on First come First Serve basis at the time of booking of the tour.
  • All disputes / legal claims are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
  • Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress. (No cot)
  • In case of postponement of Inbound Journey a date change charges shall be applicable.

  • There is no REFUND payable for unutilized services during the course of tour. This includes meals, sight seeing, optional tours, hotels, etc.
  • Wander Nations Holidays acts as a representative of the passenger to apply Visa on his behalf with all the relevant documents as per the rules of the respective consulates. It is the passenger responsibility to comply with all the requirements of the respective consulates and obtain the Visa. We will not be responsible or liable for any additional expenses incurred due to non - availability of Visa, error in dates of Visa granted or scanned photograph on the Visa. In case of refusal of Visa all cancellation charges will be applicable including the non - refundable booking amount.
  • If any Airline is delayed or Canceled, Wander Nations Holidays is not responsible for any compensation for Hotels, Meals, Sight Seeing or any other claim.

  • We are travel agent and holiday organizers only and act as agent for clients on one side and the operators of various facilities on the other side in the best interest of the clients. We do not own any hotel, do not control or operate any airline and other services like transport, services of guide(s) or any individual services etc. Although we try our best to arrange and render best services yet we do not hold any responsibility on any account whatsoever of the performance of the hotel, airlines, guide services, transport services, opening of the sight seeing places, other services or anything else on which we do not have direct control. We do not bear any responsibility and shall not be liable, whatsoever for any dissatisfaction, loss of life and property, death, damages, etc. Caused by the act of default or employees of such Independent contractors and also consequences arising out of the natural calamities, strikes, breakdown in facilities, accidents, negligence, delay in any services of all concerned and for any act of commission or commission errors, etc. We shall not be responsible for any loss / damages / claim financial compensation and any liability in any respect and on any account whatsoever. It is advisable to take comprehensive insurance including illness, accidental or any other events.

Cancellation Charges:-


  • If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
